We take on the Japanese term shinrin-yoku, also known as “forest bathing”. A walk in the woods, a climb on a mountain to observe the horizon, where blue blends into green, and green melts with different nuances of the same color. The connection with nature has made us conscious about the importance of feeling balanced and in harmony, focused and calm. We have experienced many times the benefits of being connected in nature and ourselves. Now we want to share it.

Verde is pronounced Berdh-deh. In Esperanto, it is known as Vu-erude, and in Latin as Viridis. Spoken English refers to it as Green, while in Japan its Midori. In spite of its different names, Verde shares many common meanings throughout the world such as nature, growth, freshness, hope, balance and health, among other symbols. For us, Verde is the future and equilibrium. It looks like a Pantone 17-TTXTXTX, and sounds as poetic as in Calderón de la Barca’s words “Green is the prime color of the world, and that from which its loveliness aris”.
